I work Youth LEAD, Asia Pacific Network of Young Key Populations (YKPs). Youth LEAD works with youngster nation athwart the country who are at higher risk of acquiring HIV. I work as a Communication Officer and have been part of the structure for over two years. Our structure works to better the lives of young nation who are living with HIV by educeing leadership experiences and through education. We work in more than 15 countries athwart the Asia Pacific by supporting youngster-led structures with YKP grants. Youth LEAD is the largest network of YKPs in Asia Pacific.

What issue was the preparer supposed to deal with?
KOS Design?We hired KOS design to help us educe a new website. The old website we had was very out-dated, looked messy and was hard to navigate. We were looking for a way to connect to our users with a new website so that it',s easier for users to find the information they are looking for. As a interactions official, it',s part of my responsibility to handle the collective media nearness and to keep the website running. I had big hardy in using WordPress to do that and encountered many issues with the updating of the old website.
What were your objectives for this project?
The goals for this project was to have a new, youngsterful and easy-to-navigate website. We wanted to have something that users could resonate with and like browsing through our website. More importantly, I wanted to have a different method to WordPress when it comes to updating the website. This was a key factor.

What were the reasons for choosing ?
I establish KOS Design through a google search. It was only until I saw their portfolio that I recognised another organisation we currently work with - having used them to educe their own website. I was lucky to move through their recommendation and did not attend using other companies.

In provisions of the services, we established the roles at the very commencement. I would prepare them with all the full and photos to go on the website and they would regularly ask for my input during the educement of the website to see where changes needed to be made. This was a good process and interaction between both myself and the team was powerful.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the contact that this project has had on your business?
Overall feedback was real. A few organisations have reached out to felicitate us on the website. A lot of UN partners have also expressed good things almost the website.

What precisely do you attend to be the key specialty of ?
The team was very supportive of our needs. At times I had to request changes even over the educement phases, so they were kind to our needs. They also worked well within the deadlines and the time-frame that was established from the set. When I had requested sole design changes, the designers educeed something that was to my needs.
What should be done better, if there are any desired betterments?
I would hint possibly powerfuler training towards the end of the website for clients who have a hard time knowledge the changes. It',s better to have training to hinder forthcoming issues coming up.
