Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the proprietor of an indoor golf practice ease named City Golf Club.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with SennaLabs?
We needed possible golf technology. I’d already built it but took it to the next level with API and outgrowth work.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were SennaLabs responsible for?
They helped with two things: what they would call the UX design of the application and the functionality of it. I worked hand-in-hand with them on updating the visuals and how the consumer or client would log-in to the application. From there, they went forward and tidied up what was already present, making it faster and more functional.
The technology I used is TrackMan. It’s a Doppler radar artifice. With their API, which I’ve given leave to, I’ve developed a possible precept engine that gives your rankings behind you take a shot. That’s what they took a step further, the design of the application and how well the tech would answer to that.
Was there a dedicated team?
Rick was my main point of touch. There was probably a total of 4–5 nation on the team.
How did you come to work with SennaLabs?
I’d used them for a different project, liked it, and determined to go forward with them on this. The other project was all almost project treatment.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We spent $7,000 with them.
What is the terminal result of working with SennaLabs?
We worked unitedly in February 2020.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
I’m very pleased overall. The design is a lot more common and eye-catching for clients, and the functionality is much easier to use. It was a big experience.
How did SennaLabs accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We use Slack to adjoin, which worked big. We also used Pivotal Tracker. They were very much at or forward of deadlines.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with SennaLabs?
Their power to get things done on my timeline was key. They were respectful of that. As someone who’s new to the technology arena, I was pleased and surprised at how fast and well they could do things. What seemed to be a big task to me was just another task to them. It was neat to see how well they could answer and adjoin at such.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
I don’t ponder so. Communication and deliverables were big. It was all satisfactory.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
They’re ready to go as fast as you are. Sometimes I wasn’t able to answer to them as fast as I wanted to.
