After we had choosen Commencis, we had a series of workshops at which the needs of the bank were discussed and then the organisation offered its solutions based on best practices and deviate analysis. Commencis created a sole design of the app and behind some changes due to our comments began educement according to raod map and program.

Commencis assigned project director, account director, analyst, UX/UI designer, 1-2 educeers for each platform (we had 3 different platforms), QA team. I contacted mainly with project director, account director and analyst, but we also had some workshops involving educeers.

After the leading propel of our application the number of our clients increases see day and we are receiving good comments in stores (mean rate over 4). Also behind 1 year of the leading propel we gained 1st position in mobile bank applications rank.
