We only have managers and salesnation in-house and needed a outgrowth team for our medical solution.

What particular tasks were Astwellsoft responsible for?
This particular medical solution is a CRM for clinics. It allows patients to make an appointment with a doctor online. Working with big data, it gathers statistical information almost patients and from general medical CRM systems. We sell it to medical clinics in Ukraine, and next year we’re going far.
They built it all from scratch. They did all the design, layout, coding, server treatment, and testing. They did seething.

The money we made from the leading clinic that bought our solution is being used to pay for the second milestone to add an additional office. It works well. It was a achievement. I’m satisfied.
How did WebDreamLab accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They were able to write all the full technical requirements of how it should work. They gave us recommendations for improvements. They were very helpful. We used Worksection where we could plainly see what tasks were being done and how much time was being spent and add comments to each task, etc. In the commencement, we had meetings see day for 2–3 weeks. Then, we had weekly meetings to talk almost what needed to be done the following week.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Astwellsoft?

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
It would be better if they increased the size of their team. When we want to add a lot of things at once, they can’t do it owing they only have 100 or so nation. Sometimes we have to wait 1–2 weeks until they can get a few nation.
