Primarily, their services were almost UX and visual design. In accession to designing the platform, they helped with marketing. They did some market testing once we had an MVP.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
The condition of work is surely good. We don’t have very many issues. There were a few times when we reflection they could have done a better job, especially when we get feedback from users. It’s surely hard work, but there’s room for advancement. Some of our users have shown us other applications that are easier to use, and we realized we could have done things a pliant differently. So I went back to them to tell them what we wanted. They could have done a pliant more investigation precedently providing the design.
How did Cieden accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They’re pretty good on the project treatment side. They met timelines and are pretty informed. I was satisfied on that part. Their availability is good, and they were always kind when we needed them.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
I liked how detail-oriented they were and that they took the time to apprehend what we were looking for. They tried to prepare solutions for or specific needs. They also don’t mind taking feedback and making changes when needed. I like that they’re resigned, take their time, and the condition of work is very good.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
One comment I have is on their speech. They misspelled some things, so if they betterd that, they would better the condition a lot. They could also be a pliant more creative as well. They could be open to more sole solutions.

Give them some constructive feedback. You also have to be clear almost what your expectations are.
