I’m the marketing director at Heights Company, an events treatment organisation in Saudi Arabia that does conferences, exhibitions, and festivals.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with dops.digital?
When I came to the organisation six months ago, the website was a bit outdated. We verity have web educeers within the organisation who form pages almost the events we shape and their visitor speakers, but they had difficulties leaving their comfort zone and doing something creative. They principally built basic websites. I wanted to come up with something new by bringing in a organisation that didn’t know the culture of Saudi Arabia.

What particular tasks were dops.digital responsible for?
First, they sent me two scans, one for employees and one for clients, to get their opinions almost our activity and challenges. It was tougher to get clients scaned, but we relied on the inner scan from employees. dops.digital made an analysis based on that, and we went from there.
The team then built a new website for us. I formd the websitemap and told them how each labor should be, in provisions of full and look, but I left the design and outgrowth to them. They educeed the website in stages with designated teammates for each stage including QA. Additionally, they helped us convey the data to our server, a task our IT section wouldn’t have been able to do.

We’re quiet making some changes to the website, and we haven’t gone live yet. Nevertheless, our CEO is lucky with the website — it’s different and genuine. We anticipate to get a lot of engagement from it.

I was clear almost what I wanted and almost how we wanted the pages and full to be, so I commend that clients be clear almost what they want and try not to make a lot of changes. The main reason this project is going well is that I didn’t get anyone in my organisation implicated in the interaction with them. It was just me.
I adjoind with the CEO almost the terminal design, and that was it. This way, there were no issues or misunderstandings. If there were 2–3 other nation implicated on my side, we would',ve had disastrous interaction with the educeers.
