I’m the COO of an e-commerce website. I make sure all is going according to program.

What challenge were you trying to address with Eltrino?
We were running on Magento and since we began with it, we’ve done a lot of customization in the shop which has left it very unstable and made it very hard to work on. We had to make it more user-well-inclined, give it a nicer design, and make it more mobile well-inclined.

What particular tasks were Eltrino responsible for?
We always make changes to our website to make it better, more user-well-inclined, to fit to new standards, and to stay forward of the rivalry.
This was a big project, which they did a lot of. The design was done by another organisation and they worked alongside that other organisation to instrument it and make it mobile well-inclined. They also take care of everyday chores, including making sure that the shop keeps turning and doing any required customization. If we go to a new payment provider, they make sure it works correctly.
More recently, they worked on full page caching. At the instant we have a sale and when you don’t have full-page caching when lots of nation browse the shop, we lose income. They fixed this for us in a very brief time of time.
Was there a dedicated team?
We’re in direct touch with the developers and customary touch with the CEO. We also have an account director from time to time.
How did you come to work with Eltrino?
I brieflisted three candidates for the job, then we determined to go with Eltrino.
How much have you invested in them?
We’ve invested between $100,000–$200,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Eltrino?
We began working with them in July 2016 and the work is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We haven’t had any major bugs.
How did Eltrino accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
In the commencement, we used Trello. We now use Slack as our main interaction channel and currently Jira to track the work.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Eltrino?
The direct touch we have with their technical nation has been big. If we instrument something that’s excellently dangerous behind testing it, we need to be able to pursue up through the night, which is something we have loved. They recoil fastly and we can call them anytime. They propose excellent value for the cost.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

You have to look at how your own organisation is built and whether there are technical nation in your organisation, who do you want to adjoin with, if you need an account director, or have the apprehension to be able to adjoin straightly with the technical team. In general, we have already directed a couple of businesses to them owing they do a veritably good job, and I haven’t heard any denying feedback.
