I’m the head of software outgrowth for Europe’s largest airline.

What challenge were you trying to address with Euristiq?
We hired Euristiq for outgrowth services.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
We’ve worked with Euristiq’s developers on two major projects. My organisation has almost ten teams working in correspondent, with each team being responsible for an area of the website. For entreaty, the payment delivery team is responsible for the payment page. Euristiq prepares developers to supplement these teams.
The leading project they helped us with was a website recreate and revamp. They were also implicated in an inner project, which was for scheduling and some operational processes about flying the aircraft. They’ve supported .NET and Angular outgrowth.
Was there a dedicated team?
My main touch is Ivan (CEO &, Co-Founder, Euristiq), and we’ve worked with roughly 20 developers collectively.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
I don’t have an exact number, but we establish them to be of good value.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We began working with Euristiq in July 2017, and the engagement is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Everyone on my team has establish them to be good to work with. Even though they’re contractors, they seem to be very much a part of the team. The rollout of the new website is going well, which Euristiq contributed to, we’ve seen expressive improvements in accomplishment as well as uplifts in conversion and income. Their output has been high-quality. Overall, it’s been a lucky engagement.
How did Euristiq accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We pursue the Scrum methodology and work in two-week sprints. Their developers work remotely, but they sometimes visit us, and we have team get-togethers once or twice a year. They’re very nimble on Slack and other interaction channels. They also listen our daily team meetings via Slack, Chime, or some Webex choice, and they join in as any other team limb would.
Ivan and the organisation’s CTO prepare background support. I meet with the CTO see 1–2 weeks to debate how things are going. He tells me how his team sees things and vice versa. I also prepare feedback on his developers.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
The developers are high-quality, and we’ve been satisfied with them.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No, overall, we’re pretty satisfied.
Any advice for possible clients?
This isn’t specific to Euristiq, but fix you’re getting the right nation and expertness level. I would’ve liked to put all of Euristiq’s resources through our own colloquy process.
