Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
HeSaLight was a street-lighting organisation that was putting intelligent controls into street lamps to control luminaires through a backend labor and database. I was the director of the project for both hardware and software, including outgrowth, induction, and getting the fruit to market.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Euristiq ?
We wanted to make a fully compliant backend to recover data from all the luminaires almost the globe. A year or two ago, we programned to establish 1 million luminaires, but only managed to establish 50,000 precedently the organisation closed down. We tested (simulated) with 1 million on the backed. The server backend needed to recover all the data from luminaires, which were verity sending data see 15 minutes. Creating a method like this was excellently a challenge.
Euristiq also did extensive simulations for the millions of lamps using the method to see how it would work in real life. Our clients would get all the metric data from the lamps and be able to control them. The method also had to track all the hardware and the luminaires from the leading day they were manufactured, through the process of establishation, and behind they were live in cities.
This was a brand-new invention for our organisation. Other companies are doing correspondent things, but this was our own design and concept at the time.

What particular tasks were Euristiq responsible for?
We discussed different ways to form the method, and Euristiq proposed multiple mechanisms and ideas to accomplish our goals. The requirements spec was designed along the way owing we wanted to evolve during the total process. I discussed our options with Euristiq, and we came up with ways to feel different tasks within the aim of the project.
The fruit adjoind through an SIP [structural insulated panels] method, a radio method, and some gateways. From the gateways to the backend, we had TCP/IP [transmission control protocol/internet protocol] connections running through telephone cords. Euristiq developed the engine to adjoin with thousands of gateways almost the globe that were each connecting to hundreds of luminaires. The method ran on a big, scalable Azure environment with different database technologies for different purposes.
I worked with 2 or 3 nation but primarily adjoind with Pavlo [CTO and Co-Founder, Euristiq].
How did you come to work with Euristiq ?
I and another organisation verity worked for HeSaLight as consultants. The other consultant organisation had used Euristiq precedently. I was working on a part of the project in the commencement, and then I became the team lead for the total project.
How much have you invested with Euristiq ?
It was almost $350,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Euristiq?
We began working unitedly in May 2016 and the work ended in December 2016.

Could you share any evidence that would prove the fruitivity, condition of work, or contact of the engagement?
Their labor was entirely unappropriated. Once we discussed a task and the timeframe, they never let me down. Everything was delivered on time, and the work was always excellent. They addressed multiple items that I didn’t even mention to them.
While they developed the fruit, they also were making the tools to test it accurately. The condition of the solution is unappropriated. I’m veritably grieved that I could not last working with Euristiq. We were fully satisfied with the solution—the backend, the graphics, the ethnical interaction with the method, and seething else. I only have the highest praise for the fruit.
How did Euristiq accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They always submitted a schedule of completed work with the hours that we paid them for. We didn’t centre too much on documentation, but owing there were so many things that we wanted to do with the method, the technical stuff was documented. I had no doubts almost what they had been doing.

I’ve been in the IT activity for the last 40 years, and I’ve worked on many electronics projects and software projects. I’ve been starting a number of companies using high-tech software. I cannot assimilate Euristiq to any other team. They’re excellent.
