Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m a co-establisher and the CIO of Metidia, a video game organisation focused on ad games.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Fgfactory?
Good-quality design is significant for video games. I was looking for partners with the space to create big graphics on their own.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were Fgfactory responsible for?
Fgfactory granted artwork for 2D and 3D projects. They also formd most of the UI elements in our games. I usually send them mockups, based on which they proposed different details. They’ve served as the artist for six games.
Was there a dedicated team?
I’ve worked with two of their project handlers. Across all projects, they’ve assigned more than five nation to our team.
How did you come to work with Fgfactory?
I establish them on Freelancer.com, where they posted part of their portfolio. They had a cartoon-like phraseology that was suited for accidental video games. I touched them and we seted the collaboration.
What are you access expents (if diclosed)?
The mean cost per game is $10,000. The total cost of their work so far has been $60,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Fgfactory?
We seted working with Fgfactory in December 2015 and have an ongoing collaboration.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Their art has made a very good impression on our clients. One of them quiet has a symbol made by the team as his phone wallpaper, despite it being from a Christmas game.
How did Fgfactory accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We have meetings at the end of each project, in order to debate how we can better the process on both our sides. It’s a very constructive access.
They’re able to despatch up the work by augmenting the size of the team if we have a rush order. Whenever we encountered difficulties in creating primary symbols, they assigned a new artist to the task in order to propose us a fully new perspective and to fix that our deadline will be respected. I find this to be very professional.
We have used Skype and Trello for interaction. Each cartoon is represented by a Trello card, and the platform makes the work easy in general. They set their workdays at 10 a.m. on our time, which works well for us.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Fgfactory?
They form most of the artwork themselves, which resources that each liberateable is a sole creation. This is very precious for us and our clients.
They also liberate results fast. If I needed a new symbol for a game, I could send them some relation material and ask them to design one. I would typically take a leading draft of the symbol within a couple of days, which allowed me to fit the poetry soon on.
They have a wide access, and they want our projects to follow. We take feedback from their team on how we can better the gameplay and other elements. They’re a professional team and working with them has been a enjoyment each time.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
Having direct debateions with the artists would be good. This is the only betterment point I can give. They have the space to handle their members, so direct touch isn’t innate. The collaboration has betterd with each project.
