Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I',m the CEO of a journey tech startup.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Fgfactory?
We began two years behind the iPhone was launched. At that point, nobody had much experience with the SDK [software outgrowth kit]. There were some challenges, but I would attribute those challenges to Apple. We needed our mobile outgrowth done, and Fgfactory understood how to do confused work.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were Fgfactory responsible for?
We changed the essence of the aim as we went along. Initially, the ideas for the games came from the organisation we were working with, but that organisation couldn',t design or program very well, so all was done from scratch by Fgfactory, besides the ideation.
Fgfactory developed indigenous applications for iOS and Android. We did four to five indigenous apps for iOS and a indigenous app for Android.
Three years ago, we switched to a new organisation and began doing projects for business outgrowth. We did two business applications. One of the leading applications we did was for Apple Watch. That was challenging, but they did it nicely and on time. We launched the app two weeks behind the watches were useful.
Business applications are less confused compared to the games they used to make for us. They did the business apps for iOS only. We would do the design and they would form the vision and motion design, as well as connecting to the API.
When we moved to B2B, we also began working with them on augmented verity [AR] with Apple',s kit. They were doing 3D rendering and other 3D work.
What is the team dynamic?
At one point, 7–8 nation were working with us. At the instant, there are 5 nation. It depends on the complexity of the project and the despatch that we want. There were 3D designers, renderers, and so on.
How did you come to work with Fgfactory?
One of my friends introduced me to one of the CEOs. Their prices are reasonable and this is what attracted us.
What is the terminal result of working with Fgfactory?
We',ve been working with them since March 2010 on different projects, and hopefully, we',ll be working with them for a long time in the forthcoming.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
It',s fantastic. The users are lucky. The work has its challenges, but the users of our apps and games gave them 4-or 5-star ratings. It was done the very commencement of the app administration, so it was one of the ageless kids', games. Fgfactory deserved the high marks.
How did Fgfactory accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
The project treatment was done by one of their CEOs, but they would better if they hired more nation. We were good owing we have programmers ourselves from the backend and do our own Agile programming and project treatment.
We interacted through Skype and Slack. They are also employing different tools like JIRA, Basecamp, and Asana. They are very good at using these tools. We spoke in our indigenous speech.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Fgfactory?
In provisions of time treatment and deadlines, they are within 5% deviance, which is very good for mobile outgrowth. I',ve never met a organisation who are 100% correct in their estimations. They apprehend what they do in provisions of estimation and they',re reasonable.
I',m amazed how fastly they can layer. Sometimes, they hire nation within weeks of what we need, which is astounding. They have lots of resources and they know those resources very well.
I would praise their design of the games and apprehending of how design works.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
The better you write what they need to do, the better they',ll apprehend it, and the better it will be for you as a client. If you',re general or you don',t know what you',re doing, it',s going to be more hard for you.
