We wrote a script of the text that would be used during the introduction and asked the provider to show us some options of life phraseology that we wanted to project behind the speaker to elucidate the story in a fun and creative way. We then selected the phraseology and began the project of creation with a very well organized feedback process
What was your vendors', project treatment or feedback process?
They use Krock to publish new renderings of the work and exchange feedback and comments (including exchange of docs and pics via the platform). They were very answering at each step of the process and veritably tried their best to accomodate what we wanted to instrument, despite the very firm deadline

What results did you accomplish unitedly with Hound Studio?
We were able to have a 8 min introduction done at the global conversation with the life running in the background during the total introduction.
How do you rate the interaction and interaction with Hound Studio?
Very efficient, despite the timezone separation. They were working on our comments and we would take the new rendering by the next morning.

What should be done better, if there are any desired improvements?
If I had to mention one, it would be to be a bit more proactive in the terminal design offer (signification the last details of the design work). Part of the work could have been more polished precedently sending us the offer, but to be fair I believe this was due to the firm deadline more than anything else.
