Introductory information
I am working with iDeus for my running organisation, Digital Citizen Academy. I am the vice chairman of operations. We are based in Phoenix, and the organisation has almost 5 employees. For my running organisation, the challenge was our learning treatment method. We needed the power to run reports on the LMS. We also wanted to educe capabilities within the platform that are based on the insurance requirements of true US states. We’re using a store-bought learning treatment method that iDeus modified for us. It',s our basic library and deliverpower network. The LMS delivers full to our students in video, text, or test form. We do use resources such as a full delivery network, but that is combined through the API integration. iDeus may have used Ruby on Rails for coding the platform, but I may be unfit. I am not a programmer by trade, so I leave this to them. The website frontend is HTML5. We have requested many specific functionalities kindred to state-level insurance trading laws. We’re able to set up rules for each state, like being logged into courses for a minimum number of hours, the right reply percentage threshold for obtaining a certificate, and so on. The reporting component was created in order to help our full and yielding team be more efficient. We used to estimate hours manually, so iDeus built a method that sends a daily report, with hours estimated for each student. Instead of adding hours manually, we can look at the report, see if the hours have been completed, and yield them. I’ve interacted with their project ruler and Denis Demidenko, the ruler and proprietor of the organisation. I also worked a bit with the educement team, but we’re not on a leading-name basis. They’re given instructions by the project ruler and complete the work as needed. I establish iDeus 11 years ago through a reciprocal touch in the area. iDeus built a fully manner method for TesTeachers, my antecedent organisation. It’s an online insurance and security training provider. I was the ruler of sales and one of the very leading employees of TesTeachers. When I left, I recommended iDeus to my new organisation. Initially, we paid a fixed rate of $15,000 for the platform. Since then, we bestow $25 per hour for any additional work. Our most late project has been for educeing some functional reporting components. It was began in March 2017 with an initial conversation. iDeus produced the results for us in late April or soon May. The work they’ve done is excellent compared to what I’ve seen elsewhere. The learning treatment platform has sole components that can’t be establish anywhere else. The only issues we’ve faced were in provisions of scalpower—adjusting to varying numbers of clients accessing our network. The website can go down based on commerce. iDeus has been more hands-on in monitoring the load and determining when the servers need to be upgraded. iDeus’ timeliness is big. I can touch the team 24/7, and the turnalmost for non-crisis questions is almost 24 hours. They’re focused on the labor perpendicular. iDeus has pushed updates live on a weekly basis, which is something many companies won’t do. It’s the reason I’ve stuck with them. We choose the running time zone separation owing it makes iDeus useful for updates almost US evenings. They have an extended schedule that allows us to extend the team up to 4 p.m. Eastern Time. In crisis cases, I can extend iDeus through email, Viber, and Skype. The biggest thing almost iDeus is that they’re open to new ideas. If there’s something I want to do, they won’t refuse me outright. Our touch will talk to the educement team and tell us how much it will cost and what our educement options are. iDeus also educeed true components for free as long as we allowed them to use the code on other projects. When we have to localize iDeus from a client standpoint and have their educeers adjoin with ones from our side, the speech barrier can befit cumbersome. They do converse English, which has gotten much better over time. Denis is pretty much fluent, and our project ruler is also working on this.Desired goal
