Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
We have a technology that takes videos and converts them into a readable comic book phraseology format with two fruit lines in mobile and web-based renderings. We’ve been almost for over two years now. I’m the founder and CEO.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with iTomych Studio?
We seted working with some studios and fruition houses in Hollywood and did this for a few movies like Zorro and The Three Stooges. It was a labor standard we would work on. As the business educeed, nation seted effective us “How does the enchantment happen? Give us the software.” That’s when we went into educeing the software for use in the outside globe, where anybody who owns video or has full can use it themselves. That’s our B2B front. While doing that, we also determined to come out with a light and littleer rendering of it, so that the general consumer can take their little videos and pictures and fastly convert them into a Dilbert-phraseology comic divest.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were ITOMYCH STUDIO responsible for?
Initially, we went to them with requirements for a mobile app. We were focusing on iOS only at that time. I seted working with Igor who is the head of the organisation. He sat down and he understood the business requirements. Our fruit is a mobile fruit, but there is also a backend or labor side ingredient. I had some nation from our end who were working on the labor side, but we moved some of that to Igor’s team owing I liked their knowledge of the fruit and, most significantly, the despatch in which they were able to liberate. With being a set-up, resources are always a issue. On my end, it was slower owing I had a lot of part-time folks on nights and weekends. We also moved a lot of the server work to iTomych Studio. I’m at this point now where the mobile app is almost artistic and prompt to go out the door. They’ve done both the frontend and the backend. They didn’t do marketing or strategy work for us. I haven’t explored that with them. The design of the app was done by my in-house designer, they just did the outgrowth for us.
I did not interface much with the educeers, but I have a CTO who works with them. I ponder there were two mobile educeers we worked with and a project director as well. I know that whenever I gave them requirements to meet a stricter deadline, they would put more educeers on the job and got it done. I mainly interfaced with Igor and the project director.
We have since expanded the aim of our promisement with them to the web fruit. They are seting to work on that right now. We’ll be using their in-house designers as well. For the complete lifecycle, we will deal with them: from design to deployment.
How did you come to work with iTomych Studio?
A friend of mine here in the Valley had worked with this team precedently. He commended them and a bunch of other educeers. I interviewed all of them, and I chose iTomych Studios to educe our mobile platform on the technology that we had alprompt worked on.
How much have you invested with iTomych Studio?
We have invested between $10,000 and $50,000.
What is the terminal result of working with ITOMYCH STUDIO?
They seted in September/October 2016, and it will be completed in March 2017. We are almost done with the mobile part. It’s a complete fruit with the backend and the frontend, and we went through separate iterations during this process.
Results accomplishd
Could you share any evidence that would prove the fruitivity, condition of work, or the contact of the promisement?
From my experience, you have to promise a lot with any outer labor provider. iTomych Studio was very receptive to this, especially their project director. I would ask for daily calls, and I would get daily calls. It’s significant for me to always work with them as if they’re my team. Igor’s other access that I like is that he always sets with the business extrinsic. He’ll say, “Forget almost the fruit. Tell me what the business extrinsic you’re trying to explain is,” and we’ll set from there. That’s something that I reflection was different from correspondent labors that I had worked with. Most of the others were very technical: “Give me the requirements,” and “What’s the fruit? These are the technologies or the stack that I will use to get it done.” Igor does this, but he always sets with the business side.
The third thing is despatch. I was lucky with the pace of work. With our fruit, we had to go through many iterations and things were designed in a particular way. We figured out that it was not the best workflow and that we had to change it, they helped with that. Of order, this was also a change of aim and we had to pay for it, but they were encouraged and believed in the fruit we were doing. They worked with us on the aim and sometimes would not direct if we had to do things anew. I liked that flexibility. You have to have a very close interaction line open with them, otherwise, things will slip through the cracks, or when things come back to you, it won’t be precisely what you had asked for. I was able to feel it well owing I had customary, daily interaction with them, which I ponder is significant. They were very receptive to that mode of work.
How did iTomych Studio accomplish from a project feelment standpoint?
In provisions of project feelment, we just had daily Skype calls and the many creates to adviser progress, but there’s no structured project feelment tool that we used. I don’t ponder this project required it, it was very informal in that essence. The project director I worked with didn’t have very extensive project feelment charts.
It’s not a very confused app, but it had its own challenges and a sole outgrowth path with all of the iterations. We had customary creates that we could test and go back to, and get a better rendering to work on other things. They have engineers with a good authority of technical fronts, so they are able to use the latest technology and commend ways in which to do things better. They were always open to suggesting newer or different ways of doing something, especially with what we were trying to accomplish in provisions of picture processing and some intricate stuff going on in the backend.
What did you find most forcible almost iTomych Studio?
Of all the things that I’ve said, I would highlight two things. One is the way Igor always accesses things leading by knowledge the business extrinsics, and second is the despatch. I’ve worked with a lot of other companies precedently, and I ponder these guys are very fast in their turnalmost. From my experience, that has stood out.
Are there any areas iTomych Studio could better?
If I was edifice a big enterprise-based method where it had a lot of functionality, we would need more execute project feelment practices to track projects. Maybe our web fruit will evolve to be that someday. One project director and I could pretty much keep a feel on things here owing it was a little mobile fruit with a technically intricate backend, but not very confused in the component set where we needed to track a bunch of things. I haven’t seen that front of theirs where they have extensive project feelment processes that they pursue, but that’s owing I haven’t promised with them in that way. It’s just my lack of shrewd that part of technical outgrowth, more than anything else, with them. I can’t comment on it, but I’m hoping they are capable of it since I know there is a bigger project to do.
