Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the proprietor of a little software organisation named Zenturion.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with LinkUp Studio?
We have a little team in Munich, and we need outgrowth help on occasion. This is where we come in touch with LinkUp Studio.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were LinkUp Studio responsible for?
In most cases, they educe full-fledged web applications for us. Our initial project was a prototype for a startup I was trying to form. It was a Ruby on Rails web app with an AngularJS frontend, and they used Electron to package the web app for local users. They’re runningly educeing iOS and Android apps for it that connect to RESTful APIs on the Ruby backend. Right now, we give them more product-related requests, rather than prototypes or POCs.
Was there a dedicated team?
My leading touch is always with Andriy (CEO, LinkUp Studio), who attributes resources to the project. I’m in direct touch with the resources going advanced. One of their educeers serves as project director and the main point of touch.
Our running team is comprised of two backend educeers, one and a half mobile educeers, one full-time tester, and one web educeer.
How did you come to work with LinkUp Studio?
Someone recommended them to me.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve spent more than $200,000 so far.
What is the terminal result of working with LinkUp Studio?
We’ve been working unitedly since 2015.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Their power to seize requirements and execute fastly has allowed me to curtail timelines by weeks and months and invade negotiations with low-cost estimates. This is especially true at the prototype and POC phases. Their work doesn’t skimp on condition whichever.
How did LinkUp Studio accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
It was rare at leading to work without dedicated project directors (they attribute tasks to specific educeers), but that made the work much faster. It also eliminates requirement misinterpretation, though it does power me to pay more observation on my side. Jira is installed on our side to track issues, and I believe they’re using it as well.
We’ve had some delays, but that will be true for any collaboration. What I veritably like almost LinkUp is that no substance how much additional time a project takes, they never ask for more money.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with LinkUp Studio?
They’re a fast, young team that’s always up to date with the latest technologies. Over the last four years, they’ve changed frameworks multiple times to last producing present designs and running software. They’ve been one of the best bargains I’ve ever had owing they don’t buffer their estimates. I veritably like their interaction phraseology, and they’re easily affable for pressing substances, even at night.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
The same thing that saves me a lot of money is also something they should better. Because of the lower estimates, sometimes they don’t meet deadlines. Especially for bigr projects, they don’t put sufficient buffer to be on the safe side, and we need to prolong deadlines. This is the only denying point I have, and I could never complain almost their condition.
Do you have any advice for forthcoming clients of theirs?
For bigr projects, it’s a good idea to have a project director on your side and divide big tasks into little chunks. This way, you can keep track of what’s been done and what the real-time estimate is.
Involve them in brainstorming and requirement conversations. LinkUp comes up with good ideas and doesn’t just liberate what’s asked for.
