I’m one of the principles of a organisation that prepares voice-over solutions for little businesses.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Rasa Design Team?
Our goal was to form a fluid UI/UX for the technology that we used for the backend.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
We initially educeed a schematic of a competitive landscape, our desired features, and ideas on the technological expertise needed to educe the front- and backend. They handled the interface and experience that tied all these factors unitedly in an intuitive mode. We also introduced new features, so we needed them to incorporate those into the design without it being confusing to the user. After giving them a list of features and technology analogs detailing what we were hoping to prepare to the market. From there, they educeed all from scratch, handling wireframes, screens, and prototypes.
The fruit allows a business proprietor to select a phone number to create out a possible phone method with call and text flows. A call flow allows users to way calls to whichever an personal or a directory. We also set up a text flow that follows a correspondent process. They primarily use Figma for introduction and prototyping.

How did you come to work with Rasa Design Team?
We establish them on Upwork while interviewing design agencies. They set up a call with us to review all of our materials. Then, they took a few days to digest what we told them, returning to us with a wide offer that broke all down in an organized form. It was thought-through, so our determination was a no-brainer.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
To date, we’ve spent $15,050 on their work.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We began the project in April 2019, and it’s ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
They made the educement ingredient as seamless as it could be by delivering pixel-excellent designs. We also have phraseology guides and proportions for different screens. It’s entire and allowed for the easiest educement processes practicable. In accession, they captured our vision very well. We program to work on accessional projects with them.
How did Rasa Design Team accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They handled all in a smooth, incremental process. Walking me through their work, they interacted effectively throughout. They’ve been able to stay within the milestones and timelines they initially proposed. We used Zenkit as well as Slack for interaction.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
Their interaction, observation to detail, and overall condition of work are the best things almost working with them.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
I can’t ponder of anything denying to say almost them.

They more organized you are on your end, the more you’ll be able to get from their team.
