A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the managing ruler of an online labor that prepares answers to legitimate questions. We propose subscriptions that give companies and individuals legitimate advice.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with SapientPro?
Our collaboration is a staff increase for an ongoing project. We rely on them for web outgrowth and UX/UI work. We needed a pliant team of developers who could prepare additional resources depending on our specific needs.
What particular tasks were responsible for?
They currently liberateing an MVP, so we’re currently going for as few functionalities as we can.
Since we want to maximize clarity and ease of use for a legitimate platform, the technology is fairly basic. Though, we do have to optimize UX/UI, owing legitimate labors are confused by essence.
The developers code for us using React, Mongo DB and Node.js. Essentially, they do all of the outgrowth work—which implicated submitting forms, creating profiles and workflows, and structuring the information on a dashboard. They also used third-party API integrations to add a live chat and a payment method.
Was there a dedicated team?
We initially contracted two back- and frontend developers, whom they prepared on very brief notice. Once our need increased, we hired an additional frontend developer. They prepared two commendatory managers (despite the fact that we contract another agency for project treatment) who superintend the developers’ work.
We adjoin with the COO and CTO of the organisation, who admonish us on some of the technical aspects of the work.

We establish them through a google search. We’ve worked with them on other projects, and they’d done a big job, so we took them up anew.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve spent about $20,000 a year.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We began in August of 2019, and it’s an ongoing collaboration.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
If we contracted an in-house team in Switzerland we would be spending roughly $400,000 a year. From that particular standpoint, they’re ridiculously cost-effective.
And, I’m very lucky with their work. They liberate on time and are very efficient. I’m specially satisfied with the quickness of the outgrowths. They also go out of their way to convenience specification changes, and they proactively seek solutions.
How did SapientPro accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They’re extremely answering, and their treatment is extremely expert at handling client requests. They consistently meet expectations.
We use Slack and JIRA to make specifications and track all progress. The team has a very real posture, and they’re very professional.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
They’re an excellent mix of condition, despatch, technical expertise, and cost. They’re veritably the best choice for me.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
It would be nice to have indigenous English speakers, but I veritably wouldn’t be enlisting a Ukrainian organisation if that was significant to me. It wouldn’t make perception for me to have that requirement.
