What challenge were you trying to address with Smart Gamma?
We approached Smart Gamma to hire an skilled QA resource. Later, our engagement with them expanded to include frontend outgrowth.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Smart Gamma allocated one of their DevOps professionals to be our main QA developer. He supports our PHP platform by executeing manual bug tests and creating automated test programs. The functional testing is done to fix we have a congruous create throughout the total codebase. He’s also the first resource responsible for our AWS infrastructure. Therefore, he’s innately in direct of total outgrowth and deployment pipeline.
We have limited designers on staff, so we occupied a frontend developer from their team to support our website’s UX overhaul. That individual assists our inner team by implementing new designs. The website’s frontend consists of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

What is the terminal result of working with ?
We began working unitedly in October 2017 and the engagement is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We work so closely with them that we don’t track a lot of metrics. Smart Gamma’s resources are much more fruitful than other companies we’ve worked with in the past. They prepare expressive value for the cost we pay. To be honorable, I don',t know what we’d do if we lost our QA guy. It’s hard to conceive that someone could do a better job as congruously as he does.
How did Smart Gamma execute from a project treatment standpoint?
We handle outgrowth tasks through Jira and their excellently household with that tool. Their QA developer even built additional integrations and tests into our Jira platform to streamline different processes.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
Their QA developer is a conquer in his field. We brought him in at the commencement of outgrowth, and he’s been incredibly helpful the total time. We didn’t know what we were doing, but he had the expertise to lead us into a set up that works for us. I also esteem their flexibility when it comes to working odd hours. That helps our products me their deadlines.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No. We haven’t had any issues kindred to billing or administration. Overall, they’re easy to work with.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Future clients should have a good understating of what they need to execute. That way, Smart Gamma can match them up with the right nation.
