Are there any measureable or plum results?
They’ve been terrible. Based on what I hear from our engineering lead, the condition of Ivan’s work is veritably hard. He also has a big work ethic and is always trying to do over and over what is required of him. We’re very lucky with the pace and condition of their work, as well as the quantity they’re getting done.
How did Sombra accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Ivan has been very good. We adjoin over Slack and use a tool like Trello or GitHub to attribute tasks.
