I’m the ruler of technology at Cloud Analytics. We prepare SaaS solutions for manufacturing distributors that help them program their schedule and client labor.

What challenge were you trying to address with Sombra?
We needed to augment our outgrowth team. We only had two developers to create our platform, and needed to centre more resources on growth.

What was the aim of their involvement?
We have one big piece of software, but they’ve worked with us on multiple projects. We roll out multiple modules and tools, and they’ve done backend and frontend software outgrowth for us for the past year and a half. Some of the projects they worked on include dashboarding tools and an ETL process we rolled out and integrated with Oracle NetSuite. That allows us to pull near real-time data from that method into ours.

We establish them through Upwork. We worked with another firm previously, but weren’t satisfied with the results. How did Sombra accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They’re big project managers. They adapted to my phraseology, so see time I lay out high-level specs, they collaborate with us and alter things until we extend the best solution. They do all their work remotely, but they’re as occupied as we need them to be.

Deploy a full team of their resources. We began with a full stack developer, but determined to member out and reapply a UI developer and backend developer. We also took gain of their project treatment resources. Working with a team of specialized personnel was our best discretion.
