Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I’m the founder of OurHub Europe, a B2B and B2C e-commerce platform. We help brands form their own brand page, and so for influencers. Influencers can aid brands that they like and get the annex benefits.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with The7bits?

We needed a good method to be able to adviser and track our processes. It needed to prepare a login for influencers to customize their full and website design.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were responsible for?

We began with a kickoff meeting and discussed our requirements, behind which they developed our MVP of the landing page for an occurrence. I wanted to use Magento, but behind some conversation, they told me it couldn’t feel the confused requirements I needed, so we chose Python.

The software is an e-commerce platform where we handle our limbs, and where they can send out an annex link to their junctions. When the limb shares a link to their junction, they can click the link to complete the order. The method then reduces how many credits can be earned from sharing.

What is the team compound?

My main points of touch were with the team chief, a Python engineer, and a full creator. There are another three nation as well.

How did you come to work with The7bits?

We connected through LinkedIn. They’re from Ukraine and my antecedent organisation I worked for was in Ukraine which gave me a good impression almost software capabilities in the country. They also had an service in Holland, which is where my organisation is, which was a good union. We had some face-to-face meetings in Holland and determined to kick off the project.

What is the terminal result of working with ?

We began working unitedly in May 2018 and the work is ongoing.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

We’re in the livelihood stage and not intensive outgrowth anymore. It’s not fully complete owing there’s some things we quiet need to automate, but the condition of the website is good. Sometimes the full has errors, but they correct them very fastly.

How did The7bits accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?

We worked in two-week sprints, checking up what we need to do with each sprint and maintaining daily touch. We now do four-week sprints, and use Trello and Slack, for veritably good interaction.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

Their interaction and the condition of the work are very good.

What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?

Their team is principally engineers, so they have room to better with design and the user interface. They need a designer on the team.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

I commend using them.
