What particular tasks were VERNA responsible for?
VERNA has completed a FreeSWITCH tone project for one of our clients. We have in-house expertise for this open-source technology, but it wasn',t sufficient to engage the project. VERNA assigned one engineer who handled the project from the set. Our account director and technical team were also implicated, so we',ve worked unitedly as one organisation.
We don',t have a full network operations center, but we do have skillful DevOps engineers. Our leading and second line support nation aren',t sufficient for bigger projects sometimes, so we',ve made a union with VERNA for this type of work. We',ve also recently quoted them a PHP outgrowth project.
We',re also working on beseeming a little cloud provider, for which we need level-one support. We are programning to set using VERNA for this at the commencement of 2017.
