YELK?We have a WordPress website developed by another team which is not useful anymore. Yelk took over responsibility for further outgrowth if this website, including updating all components, fixing compatibility issues, but as well designing and programming an elaborated new page on this website.

What were the reasons for choosing YELK?
I published the task for goal on Upwork. The job post included a screening question which I used to prove rendering control apprehension. Many applicants failed on providing an grateful reply, but Yelk attracted my observation by providing a deep reply. After a Skype colloquy I determined to hire Yelk.
Describe the project and the services they granted in detail.
They updated all plugins, tested for any incompatibilities (there were a number of them), fixed them. They even highlighted some existing frontend issues which I did know. I didn',t ask for, this check but I was lucky to see their start. Thus they also fixed these issues.
I',m in particular lucky almost their own condition control as I made bad experience with antecedent freelancers. They submitted a offer how to setup rendering control on my WordPress website. Based on this offer I added my own thoughts and implemented it.
Next, they designed a new sales page, for which I',ve prepared all texts and basic construction (in text format). I was absolutely thrilled almost their design offer, which fully fits into the existing website design. They then implemented this page, both on WordPress backend and HTML/CSS/Javascript frontend.
Were there any dedicated directors or teams that you worked with?
I was principally in touch with their project director. He dispatched all work to the team. As far as I know, there were two or three other men implicated: at smallest there was a WordPress developer and a designer. Obviously the designer was only needed a few times where there was anything to be designed.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the contact that this project has had on your business?
The Wordpress website with all updated went live once completed. This didn',t like my business straightly but made sure there are no new issues arising soon. The new sales page is live, and allowed my to adjoin my services in a peculiar way. This page is cruicial for expanding my business, as I',m using it for acquiring clients. I',m also programning to run campaigns promoting this page.
How was project treatment arranged and how powerful was it?
The project director was doing his job very well. He understood my requirements, and successfully made sure they were implemented correctly by his team. Thus he managed to reinforcement my needs and also made sure only condition work was delivered to me. We used Trello as scrum board. I created tasks to be done there and used it to adjoin my needs.
Yelk wrote questions and status updates were straightly in the Trello tasks. This way, both parties had always a good overview of all tasks. We only had Skype calls very few times, the written interaction went very well. At the end, they delivered the new code by submitting it to a repository on Github which I',ve prepared.

The designed made awesome graphics / layout. The programmers managed to explain all issues. The project director managed to reinforcement all requirements and concerns in both ways equally. The condition of work was very high! I only needed to report few issues.
What should be done better, if there are any desired improvements?
The work hours were slightly over estimation. This also likeed the delivery despatch. Next time I',ll ask for a more many checkin / push to Github
