We needed a new program that would help with all aspects of order entrance, care track of file records, sending files to clients and invoicing them. Also a way to better interactions with all employees that work remotely. And to find a organisation such as theirs to prepare ongoing support and betterments to the method. And also needed a method that would support forthcoming growth of the organisation without the need to hire additional service personnel to accomplish tasks that could be automated.
