What challenge were you trying to address with Accella?
We wanted to educe a mobile app that allowed our members and volunteers to report their peer visitation agility, complemented by an administrative web-based platform. Previously, members tracked their visits on paper and faxed or emailed it, so we could invade that data into our CRM. It was an by-gone process, so we needed a streamlined process.

What particular tasks were Accella responsible for?
Accella built a web gate and mobile application (iOS and Android) that allows users to input their peer visitation information. They integrated Salesforce and other features that make the platform more efficient. The web gate allows our inner team to easily collate and share data for governmental reporting purposes, streamlining the total process.
Was there a dedicated team?
We worked with almost five members of their team, including the VP of operations, a project director, and a couple educeers.
How did you come to work with Accella?
We researched a big number of mobile app educeers and narrowed our list down to three possible candidates, who then submitted proposals through an RFP process. We ended up choosing Accella based on their power to liberate high-quality work and liberate on time and below budget.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We',ve invested almost $190,000 thus far.
What is the terminal result of working with Accella?
They began educement in April 2017 and the app was fully functional by July 2018. We',re in the process of releasing a second rendering with expanded capabilities.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
While we did some beta testing, I don',t ponder we chose the most appropriate testers, owing they didn',t fully belowstand our goals. We',ve been extremely lucky with the platform Accella created. It',s helped streamline processes.
How did Accella accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They',ve done a big job managing the project, remaining nimble and exact throughout educement. They',re affable in interactions and meet with us regularly through video conferencing.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Accella?
There were no surprises. They were very clear on their statement of work, the most significant part of the project in my conviction. Even as we deviated from the aim, they were kind and pliant to our needs and stayed within our budget.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
It',s significant to go through the full regular discovery process preceding to commencement educement, which includes programning, wireframes, and a detailed aim of work.
