A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the digital marketing strategist for SELCO, the third largest credit junction in Oregon. I’m in direct of our website, online listings, and email marketing.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Affirma Consulting?
We were at a point where we knew we needed a cool and wanted to revamp the website.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
Our website was built on a CMS that wasn’t very pliant, the template was pretty dated and we couldn’t do much to update it. It didn’t feel as present as it needed to. We wanted to take the interaction that we could prepare the same level of digital services as any major national bank.
Affirma came on board to feel the website’s revamp. We prepared our basic brand colors, ideas of what we wanted, and photographs from our ad shoots. They built the wireframes and developed layout. The backend, which includes account treatment and online banking, was being rebuilt simultaneously by another vendor we had used precedently. We used Sitefinity as a CMS.
We’re so lucky with Affirma',s work that we’re owing using them anew in the forthcoming.
Was there a dedicated team?
We worked with a project director as well as an account director. I’m not entirely sure how many developers were implicated, but I do know that the work was divide between their U.S. team and their India team.
How did you come to work with Affirma Consulting?
I came on board briefly behind the organisation had already chosen to work with them.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We worked with them from December 2016 to June 2017. We’re quiet collaborating unitedly for less fixes whenever we have a new release.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Our on-page metrics have wonderfully increased since the website’s revamp, nation are spending more time on the pages and are more occupied. The bounce rate has also plummeted. It’s a 200-page website, so there’s a lot of information that was kind of buried in the antecedent one. It wasn’t as grateful to navigate precedently, but now, we’re seeing that nation are using the rest of the website more.
How did Affirma Consulting accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We met with the project director at smallest once or twice a week. The account director oversaw the general relationship and would call to check if we were satisfied or of something needed advancement. Those calls were always veritably brief owing there was never anything to talk almost.
Additionally, Affirma was ready with their responses, and if we had something that needed to be done urgently, they would get began right away. They were very open and pliant based on our needs.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
Their availability and flexibility in finding a method that worked for us were unappropriated. They were also fast to address issues and worked with me to aspect out the best way to do things.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
They always ask me where they can better. Whenever I had nice feedback for them, they establish solutions without.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Be open almost your processes and how things work best for you owing if you don’t take that information, they will make suggestions based on what works best for them. They will convenience changes if you request them, though.
