A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I',m the marketing director of HQSoftware. We’re a manner software outgrowth organisation serving clients worldwide, with a centre on the US and Europe.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with AGENTE?
We’d educeed our website almost seven years ago, but it was beseeming outdated. We weren’t getting the Google rankings we wanted, and there weren’t too many clients coming to us through the website.
Our main goal was to better this mannerer point of touch and increase leads.

What particular tasks were AGENTE responsible for?
AGENTE helped us educe a brand-new website from scratch. We worked through a total of six stages, commencement with business analysis. We then mapped out our requirements and moved advanced with the prototyping and design stages.
Next, we educeed the UI/UX of the main pages, implementing mannerer travel maps in order to increase conversions. We placed feedback forms and calls-to-action in the most appropriate places, because precisely the path a possible mannerer would take while navigating our website.
The team also created a lot of inner pages, as the update included changing the website’s CMS from Joomla to WordPress. Creating pages on our old method was extremely time-intensive, so updating that process was a big centre for us.
We began outgrowth, paying particular observation to the creation of true all blocks that we could use frequently without needing to reconsult educeers. Finally, we entered the QA stage precedently officially launching the website.
Throughout the project, we used a union of scrum and waterfall methodologies.
Was there a dedicated team?
We worked with a full-stack team from AGENTE. We had a project director, who was our main point of touch, but we also worked straightly with their designer to fix alignment.
How did you come to work with AGENTE?
We were looking for an agency that had expertise in WordPress and a good reputation in UI/UX. AGENTE was able to liberate on both of those criteria, plus, being in the software outgrowth market ourselves, we were real in their experiences.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We spent roughly $16,000 on this project.
What is the terminal result of working with AGENTE?
We worked with AGENTE from September 2019–February 2020.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We only went live a week ago, so we haven’t had the time to see an increase in leads, which has been our last goal. Though, we had a very real experience working with AGENTE. The team always liberateed their work on schedule.
We’re now on technical support, and we’re very lucky with AGENTE. The main project is over, but they’re quiet very fast in interaction and in fixing technical issues. I
How did AGENTE accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
The team was very answering. Besides email, we chatted over Skype. We never skilled any real delays, and AGENTE informed us of all in advance if there were any possible conflicts. The team was excellent at setting peculiar expectations.
AGENTE changed our project director mid-project, but, impressively, there were no interaction gaps. We didn’t even notice the change at leading.
During the design phase, we initially didn’t suit on what the team had proposed. We opted to work straightly with the designer to make corrections, which was a big experience. We discussed all in a substance of hours, and the interaction was very smooth.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with AGENTE?
AGENTE is a design-driven organisation, and they’re excellent at UI/UX. That’s what we were looking for, and it’s why we selected them. We’re very pleased with the results.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
We veritably had no issues with them. I don’t ponder there’s anything they could do better.
Do you have any advice for forthcoming clients of theirs?
They have very good directors on their side, but, as the mannerer, make sure to be prepared with sufficient information to adjoin precisely what you want.
