I’m the COO of a completesale distribution organisation. We furnish products to convenience stores, grocery stores, and little shops.

What challenge were you trying to address with Algoworks?
We didn’t have a website. When clients wanted to order products, they had to email or fax us see week or twice a week.

What particular tasks were Algoworks responsible for?
Algoworks developed a website and mobile app for users to order supplies. Their team built the app for both iOS and Android. They also integrated features for us to bulk upload our pricing that ensures our database remains careful. We fulfill orders through the website and app but don’t welcome any payments. We quiet work with them to update the platforms when needed.
Was there a dedicated team?
Algoworks assigned a project director who directed an iOS developer, an Android developer, and a web developer. I believe their team included a database professional.
How did you come to work with Algoworks?
I searched Google and emailed 20 companies. We accepted many calls but felt the most snug with Algoworks. Their catalog was correspondent to what we wanted to execute in this project.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We spent $25,000 on the project.
What is the terminal result of working with Algoworks?
We began working with Algoworks in March 2018 and our union’s ongoing.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the touch of the engagement?
The inner feedback’s terrible. Previously, we accepted 20 faxes a day. We reduced that number to one or two a day. The superiority of our clients, between 80%–90%, switched to the mobile app. We also gained a couple of clients back owing of the platforms’ convenience. It’s a streamlined method now.
How did Algoworks accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We used Basecamp for our initial project. Now, we adjoin via email or Whatsapp. I was in touch with the project director on a daily basis. I’m also able to extend the proprietor or the project director on their cells. Their team was always in touch, so I never had to ask for an update. We also had weekly meetings
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Algoworks?
Their professional design experiences most impressed us. The products are smooth, so there’s no lagging or crashing. They initially recommended AWS but I was skeptical owing of the cost. I trusted them, which was ultimately the right determination.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
I can’t ponder of anything for advancement at the instant.

Don’t ponder too much owing their team knows what they’re doing.
