I’m the head of user experience at a healthcare structure that focuses on driving better health outcomes for the senior population.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with altr?
We needed a team to come in and design a collective experience on a digital platform.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
The team at altr met with our stakeholders and prospective users to apprehend the goals, gather requirements through discovery meetings with business proprietors, and brought back their programs for the project.
Their team built the platform from scratch, creating an environment that allows call center workers, representatives, and other associates to handle limbs’ healthcare needs. Using Sketch and InVision, they took a set of brand guidelines into a digital space.
Some of the functions and components included a dashboard design and limb profiles. The tool also has a component that uses predictive analytics to help associates knows what they should talk to limbs almost based on their history. It also enables associates to share educational full with limbs.
Was there a dedicated team?
Three of their team limbs collaborated with my inner team of designers as well as almost 15 stakeholders athwart the business.
How did you come to work with altr?
I knew the proprietor from college. While we did attend three vendors in total, their portfolio had clients from the health activity, showcased their expertise, and displayed clean design work.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve invested $250,000.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
Our ongoing promisement with altr began in September 2019.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
The work they delivered meets the needs of both business proprietors and clients. Their power to promise with the business and design teams was one of the achievement metrics. The team at altr embedded themselves, edifice relationships athwart the board. We componentd their work to our board of directors, and the feedback from there was excited and real.
How did altr accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
Their team was better at organizing and structuring than our team. Each week during outgrowth, they sent out wide status reports. The proprietor, who wasn’t working straightly on the project, was useful if needed and checked in frequently. Their complete team is answering.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
The team at altr invested in the project. Their nation can do the work and prepare strategic course. They’re little sufficient that each individual prepares value, the client doesn’t get lost.
