Alvadesh Technologies Solutions LLC has designed and developed a web application for Telehealth Services Company.
The application serves 3 major modules such as patient, doctors and admin. The application provides patients to create an account, purchase plan and communicate with respective doctors according to the health issues. The application supports patient-doctor communication via chat, email and video
conference.
The doctor creates their accounts and chooses their speciality for consultations. When the patient sends the request to join the doctor, doctor review its requests and profile and makes the decision to accept or reject the request. Doctors add their own availability schedule for video calls to consult with patients.
The application has an enterprise scope. The application was built with Angular 6, NodeJS and Mongo DB (for the database). We have developed an n-tier architect for the application and hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The application serves the best security and scalability. Application has many authentications for account creations, payment processing etc.
Alvadesh Technologies Solutions LLC has successfully delivered the web application to the client and now working with Android and iOS native application with the same features and functionalities.
