Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m a associate in Odin Outsourcing. We do outsourcing, including data mining, data entrance, financial analysis, and other back-office work. We’re based in Bangladesh.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with The Analyst Agency?
They got us a few possible clients, one or two we’ve been working with for a while now. The relationship seted when I did some work for Steven (Principal). He liked the work that I did, and, owing he was a marketing guy, he was able to get a few clients for us.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
It’s pretty much been lead age. Steven (Principal) knew a few companies that were looking for correspondent services to what we’d granted to him earlier. He reached out to them and arranged some talks for me. That was veritably helpful, and we esteemd that. From there, I carried out pilot projects, and we got the jobs.
I’m sure he employed some digital marketing, or he’d worked for them, they liked his work and asked if he could prepare other services, and he matched them to us. In some cases, he also looked for companies that were looking for the services we prepare and introduced us to them.
We’ve done two projects recently for two companies looking for lead age services of the sort that we prepare, like data mining. We gave them pilots and are waiting for a response. Steven got that bit of work for us.
Was there a dedicated team?
Steven is our main touch. There may have been someone else in the email threads once or twice, but I don’t recollect having a converse with anyone but Steven.
How did you come to work with The Analyst Agency?
We were trying to find our own clients. I went to The Analyst Agency’s profile, and it seemed that they did a bit of the work we did, so there was room for synergy. I talked to Steven and gave a few samples of the type of work we do, and I got to know a bit almost what he did. We determined that perhaps there were opportunities for synergy, or that perhaps they could get us some clients. In the end, we went down the way of them getting us clients.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We seted working with The Analyst Agency about September 2019. Some of our work has wrapped up. We recently did two pilot projects for two clients that Steven lined up for us. If they like our work, we may set with them anew.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
His interaction is excellent. He’s always useful, no substance where he is. Communication’s been very easy, because that we live in two parts of the globe, and timing is usually idiotic. It’s been very good for us to work unitedly. We veritably esteem their availability and effort.
How did The Analyst Agency accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We adjoin via email and WhatsApp for most of the time. He’s been veritably affable for the projects we’ve worked on. Steven’s been implicated with client treatment there and has been giving us feedback on how the clients felt and whether there was an area of advancement. That’s veritably helped us grow our relationships with the clients.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
It’s the observation and time they give to clients. I don’t know whether they’re a big organisation or not, but the time that Steven’s given us has helped with the pilot projects we’ve done and with client relationships. He was pretty much part of the business. That’s what it felt like. It’s veritably significant for us to confide our associates far, and I ponder that The Analyst Agency has done a veritably good job there.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
There’s nothing that comes to mind right now. The relationship has just seted, so I’m sure I’ll unite situations where Steven could better, and I’m sure that, if I share that with him, he’ll do his best.
Do you have any advice for forthcoming clients of theirs?
They work veritably hard and they’re always useful. They’re easy to work with, and I would and have recommended them to other companies.
