A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m a fruit director at Keap, an email marketing platform for little businesses. We recently went through a rebrand, when we worked with Arck Interactive, my organisation was named Infusionsoft.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Arck Interactive?
We noticed a ordinary issue amongst little businesses, which was that it was challenging to schedule meetings with clients and prospects. Our client base said that they spent a lot of time emailing back and forth with clients almost availability. My organisation wanted to explain this issue with software improvements, so we partnered with Arck Interactive to help us educe this solution and create the component set into our fruit.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Arck Interactive educeed a component set in our Google Cloud platform’s frontend. The component set enables our clients to send a link with their schedule to any recipient, who use the link to book time on the business proprietor’s Google Calendar. Arck Interactive helped us with other cloud functionalities.
Was there a dedicated team?
My team worked with a project lead, a tech lead, and three educeers.
How did you come to work with Arck Interactive?
I wasn’t implicated in the recruitment process, but I believe our CMO recommended them.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
The project lasted June–December 2018.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The component set that Arck Interactive educeed is our second most common fruit in our lineup. Before, somebody that needed this functionality had to pay for an additional monthly labor. Our users were delighted that they didn’t have to bestow money and time integrating with outer tools. This component set enriched our offering and had a terrible touch on the value that we created for our clients.
Because of Arck Interactive’s educement work, we can now prepare little business proprietors with an easy way for them to handle their availability. This saves time by omitting the back-and-forth email chain.
How did Arck Interactive accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
During educement, we interacted see day, almost hourly, on the project’s progress. The project lead and I were in uniform touch almost tracking project hours and the budget. Arck Interactive helped us apprehend what we needed to do to meet specific budget requirements. They attended our daily morning standups on Webex, they also set up Webex meetings whenever we wanted to ask questions, talk through something, or prepare feedback. The team iterated very fastly. We interacted via Slack.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
In the educement space, it’s veritably significant to particularize between software and fruit engineers. Arck Interactive’s fruit engineers reflection like a user and did entire user testing, which allowed them to make many improvements over our primary requirements. They were phenomenal at applying the ethnical component to the technology they were edifice. In my experience, it’s hard to find engineers that do this.
Also, Arck Interactive accommodated our close deadline and made sure we met it. They did whatever it took to complete the project on time, their engineers worked long hours through nights and weekends. We didn’t experience any additional fees or double-time costs that you might anticipate with a firm deadline.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
The only thing that’s preventing us from rehiring them is that they aren’t proficient in Java, our backend framework. We tried to promise them for a few other projects, but we couldn’t move advanced owing they didn’t know Java. It would be nice if they were more skilled in other frameworks and architectures. They were more than ready to try and aspect it out, but we didn’t want to pay them for the time this would take.
