What challenge were you trying to address with Astute Communications?
We approached Astute to help us present part of a new picture. We worked with them to help educe a mark for this that we could put on our marketing indirect, on shirts, website, and all else. They helped us design the logo itself and what different applications we could use it on. They also helped us regood the messaging that went along with it.
The new picture seted as an inner rally call. We',re a very pellucid organisation, and we share our inner interaction to give our hearers a sight into our organisation and culture. Astute',s work needed a correspondent messaging phraseology.

What was the aim of their involvement?
For this new picture campaign, Astute helped us update a part of our brand guidelines. Initially, the team asked us a series of questions and we granted them with information almost our organisation. We met separate times to talk through what we wanted, speech to not include, aspects that needed to be included. It was an informal process, but they had construction to it.
The leading mark that Astute granted was calamitous, and it had to be changed due to timing. The team had presented separate options to select from, and we picked one that everyone was lucky with. Around two weeks later, we had to set the process anew. The primary mark was too closely tied to separate things in the media.
The verbiage attached to the logo mark didn',t change, we were fully lucky with that.
What is the team dynamic?
I worked with Anna [Owner, President and Creative Director], as well as another individual that did business educement. Although she left towards the end of the process, she was big as well.
How did you come to work with Astute Communications?
We met Astute at an union meeting. There are other companies that can prepare the same labor, but behind meeting Anna, we felt that she could give us the kind of perspective that we were trying to get. We are an almost 60-year-old organisation, and a lot of nation have worked here for over 30 years. We wanted to respect all that we have put unitedly so far and keep a perception of tradition, without verity using the word tradition. We wanted to freshen up the speech so it didn’t sound so old, and Astute was big with that.
How much have you invested in them?
We spent approximately $6,000 on this project.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We worked with Astute on this project from July 2016 to December 2016
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The condition of the work was big. Astute was thin and good to work with. The logo hiccup we had initially was just as much our defect as it was theirs. Although it didn’t work out the way we wanted it to the leading time, they were big to work with through the process to fix it. In the end, we love the new mark.
How did Astute Communications accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They were big with interaction, and hit all deadlines. I was never concerned they weren’t going to liberate in time.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
I veritably like Anna, and I veritably enjoyed working with her. They are a pliant boutique firm, which is what we wanted. We wanted someone that was a pliant bit of an outsider to give us a different perspective.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Only in provisions of the leading mark logo, it would have been nice if it had been brought to our observation that some nation might attend it to mean something else, however, we should have recognized it as well, and I am not placing any censure on them for that.
The only advice I have for someone potentially working with Astute is to do all homework they give you forward of time, otherwise, it may not be too lucky. When we were asked to fetch ideas, we had all drawn out our ideas and this veritably got the converse going. It helped them get an idea of what we reflection it would look like. It was hard to come up with something innerly of what we wanted it to look like, but we needed to prepare our expectations. They asked a lot of questions touching information we wanted nation to know and what words we didn’t want to be included in the verbiage. We had to work all that out preceding to meeting with them.
