What challenge were you trying to address with BASIX?
Our primary website was getting a lot of spam, so we hired BASIX to restore it. They rebuilt a fully new website for us, and monitored it so we did not get any spam. A few years later, we asked them to update it for us in an effort to fetch in more business.

What particular tasks were BASIX responsible for?
When we leading worked unitedly, BASIX cleaned out our platform and gave us a fully new WordPress website. A few years later, their team updated our website. Throughout the process, their team came up with big ideas on how to get more business for us through these updates.
They added a plug-in named Bookly to empower online scheduling and also added online gift certificates. Although I add all of the monthly specials and articles to the website myself, Nick (Digital Marketing Consultant, BASIX) is useful to support me whenever I need it.

How did you come to work with BASIX?
I met Nick at the local Apple store and he gave me his business card almost his new website design organisation. I talked to my partners and we determined to hire them.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
The late website revamp cost $1,500.
What is the terminal result of working with BASIX?
We began working unitedly on this part of the project in August 2019 and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the touch of the engagement?
Their initial outgrowth and newer updates have been excellently lucky in fetching in new business for us.
How did BASIX accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Throughout the total process, Nick has been in touch with us, letting us know what he’s working on. For each step, we’ve been able to give our feedback and ask for changes precedently all is launched. They’re very helpful, especially since my team has limited apprehension of website outgrowth. Nick explains all plainly, so we know what he’s doing.
Initially, we were in the same state as each other, so Nick was always almost. When they moved we were worried almost interacting, but he’s been big through phone and email. He responds usually within the same day, even on weekends.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with BASIX?
We veritably value Nick’s ideas, we confide him to take care of us and he’s good at what he does. He researches different ideas and finds what works best for our business. We pretty much always go with his suggestions.
Once the updates were live, there was an effect with the scheduling tool and Nick was extremely pliant. He was useful to have conversation calls and fixed all we needed within two days.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
I can’t ponder of anything Nick could do better. Although we’d like to use his marketing services and take gain of that, we don’t have the budget for it.
