We',re a medical gain program that services long-term residents in nursing homes. I',m the ruler of associate outgrowth for Maryland and Pennsylvania and I superintend our sales and marketing team for that country.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
It was a very lucky rebrand. It was a new, colorful logo and website. The population we obey is a much older age so we don',t get a lot of website commerce. Actually, the website was a requirement but it',s not our main sales tool. We were ecstatic almost it. We took it to trade shows and the reaction from the clients was very real and new compared to our old logo. We',re veritably satisfied with it.
How did Brand3 Inc. accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We',ve had a couple of project rulers and they',ve been very answering. Being a startup, we don',t have a lot of resources. Also owing of our regulations, we had to change things on a dime and had a fast turnaround. They',re very pliant to that. They',re always ready to do what it takes to get it done and are very kind.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Brand3 Inc.?
They',re always ready to do whatever it takes, and I feel like we',re their only client. I love that touch owing they work veritably well with my marketing coordinator. Every other week we have calls set up just to make sure all',s unpacked. We verity have a tracker with our project ruler that helps us keep all on task. They',ve veritably grown with us, too. We began as this pliant insurance program and we',ve grown into five programs and we',re aperture two more for 2021. They',ve been with us the complete way.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Sometimes the interaction between their project ruler and our marketing ruler gets a pliant murky since we',re working on so many things, but that',s on both sides. Together, they',ve taken steps to lighten those issues.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
I would surely set expectations from the commencement, with deadlines and tasks that you need to be done. Monthly meetings to make sure everyone',s on the same page would be advantageous, too. We weren',t doing those things at leading owing everyone was so busy, but we realized the weight of being aligned later down the line.
