Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I',m the Account Supervisor for a open affairs and open relations firm in Minneapolis.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with BrandHoot?
The first project we needed help on is for one our clients, a nonprofit focused on long-term care and aging issues. We needed to prepare them with a website that appealed to 2 unequal audiences simultaneously. We had been working with a antecedent vendor on the project, but felt they weren',t providing precisely what we needed. We had a lot of changes to make. We would',ve preferred to fully recreate the website, but it wasn',t practicable with our timeline.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
BrandHoot picked up the website project where our antecedent vendor left off and made existing changes. Their team was heavily implicated in the design and outgrowth of any updates to the WordPress website, including some manner coding.
New features created include quizzes, an interactive map of Minnesota',s aging population by county between 2015 and 2030, and new tabs featuring new full each week for an extended time of time. They also supported all of the backend services that we needed.
Under a renewed contract with them, they',ll be implementing quarterly interactive web features in 2018.
Was there a dedicated team?
We primarily worked with 4 nation on this project.
How did you come to work with BrandHoot?
One of our clients had recommended them to us, so I got in touch with BrandHoot and asked their team how our website could be betterd. Compared to other vendors we had been talking to, I liked BrandHoot',s reply the best.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We began working with BrandHoot in January 2017 and just renewed our contract for 2018.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Our client loves the interactive features BrandHood manner coded, specially the interactive maps. Their team was able to design and execute these features, while unifying the interests of 2 different audiences seamlessly.
Our team has also been very lucky with their work and access. They',re creative, accessable, and easy to work with, which is not always the case in this activity. I feel snug asking them anything.
Not only were they able to get all done for our client',s website, but they also hear and come up with big ideas. We freely bounce ideas about during our monthly phone calls, where everyone has a tone. They apprehend our vision and consistently accomplish well and on time.
How did BrandHoot accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
BrandHoot is pellucid in their access to project treatment. They localize Asana to share information on projects between project leads and our team. They',ve informed us without whenever a delay has come up, which has only happened once (not to their defect) to my remembrance.
They conduct monthly check-in calls with our team to go over website commerce and ways to better visitor experience.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
They',re very creative and good at what they do. There are no barriers in interaction with their team. They have a big culture and staff that are both accessable and easy to work with.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
No, we',ve been very lucky with them.
