Focus 12, Inc is a 32+ year old organisation that produces, distributes, and sells a patented interlocking shim method used in such industries as plumbing, statuary, food labor, video origination, home advancement, and many others. If it wobbles, rattles, tilts, squeaks, etc., our Wobble Wedge is the single fix.
I head up our sales/marketing and am also an proprietor in the organisation along with my wife who runs the operations end of the biz.

What issue was the provider supposed to deal with?
BrandJuice?As a 32+ year old organisation, we wanted to give the branding a cool with the purpose of helping us extend more of the consumer market (most of our sales are commercial).
We didn',t want to lose our running look/feel that our commercial clients were used to, but needed to change the messaging to meet consumer needs. Putting the two unitedly was our big challenge we presented to the BrandJuice team.
What were your objectives for this project?
We wanted to cool our running brand that was used on ductile containers for cartons/bags while care some of the old/nostalgic look and feel. We also wanted to improve the messaging to be able to extend our commercial clients while also being able to converse to the consumer.

What were the reasons for choosing BrandJuice?
We initially degoodd our project internally. We wanted to work with someone locally so that we could have face to face meetings when needed, so we kept our search narrowed down to the Denver/Boulder area.
We interviewed separate companies including BrandJuice. After a couple face to face meetings with the proposed BrandJuice team, it was clear that we were aligned with them and an contract was signed.

We had a series of discovery sessions with the team. BrandJuice used their market investigation team to conduct little cluster conversations with consumer clusters as well as interviewed separate of our commercial clients to reveal our core marketing/sales points for each cluster.
We spent an surpassing quantity of time massaging ideas, concepts, etc. until we distilled them down to something that felt big. Once we had our guardrails in locate for our messaging, we began the fun part of creative where we got to see all of that work come to life in something we could see.

We worked with separate team members throughout the project, but all were implicated from the commencement through the end which gave us nice continuity for the complete project.

What results did you accomplish unitedly with BrandJuice?
We have not excellently located the new packaging/messaging into the market yet as we are just now producing those, however, those who have seen concepts, etc. are very excited to see how we',ve kept the old while blending with the new. All feedback has been very real and enthusiastic.
How do you rate the interaction and interaction with BrandJuice?
We could not be happier with how the two teams worked unitedly (ours and theirs). The collaboration exceed expectations.

We',re so impressed with the team and their observation to detail touching our fruit. You rarely find someone who is as tightly aligned with your fruit as you (the proprietor). We felt the BrandJuice team was one of us.
