Introduce your business and what you do there.
We propose software to retailers to list their inventories online to sell multi-channel. Our software links to separate marketplaces, including eBay, OfferUp, and Shopify. I',m the co-founder and CTO.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Brave UX?
We have a cloud-based software but didn',t have a lot of design course. Our existing app was bare-bones and needed better UX. We wanted to better the flow and make it work better. We also wanted some course on brand course within the app.
Provided solution
What was the aim of their involvement?
From the instant we reached out, we did a lot of discovery. They went through and charted all the flows. The application is confused and does a lot, and they picked up on that complexity from a user standpoint fairly fast.
We implemented all they commended. They veritably understood our use cases and our clients very well. They suggested UI elements on the app that we hadn',t reflection of. We liked all their input.
What is the team compound?
We worked with a sales lead, their head of design, two other designers, and a project director.
How did you come to work with Brave UX?
I asked almost our local market and looked them up on Clutch. Based on commendations and their online reviews, I determined to work with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working unitedly almost February 2019 and completed the project by the end of March 2019.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the touch of the engagement?
We don',t have any measurable results yet, but we',re veritably lucky with all they did. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast they understood our clients and our needs. Everything they came up with was new and over anything we would have considered on our own. They',re big nation and big designers. I would surely commend them.
How did Brave UX accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They were good project directors. I was in uniform touch with them, and we knew precisely what they were working on from week to week.
We linked our Slack channels unitedly to work through any questions. We also had weekly calls to debate the next phases and talk almost the progress.
What did you find most forcible almost them?
I',m very lucky with their design and their interaction. Overall, we had a very real experience.
Are there any areas they could better?
Off the top of my head, I don',t have any commendations for betterments. We',re very lucky with our collaboration with them.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Working with them is fairly measure. Have all programned up front and have clear goals. If you are prepared, they will hit all out of the park.
