A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the marketing ruler at a senior living aggregation named the Esprogramade at Palisades. We’re an independent, family-owned and operated aggregation for nation aged 62 and over. Our structure provides an array of amenities for residents who want to downsize from their homes or are just looking for day-to-day socialization.

What challenge were you trying to address with the Byne Group?
When I joined my role, I saw different rebranding opportunities, the most plain being our logo. The antecedent one was almost 16 years old and was too dated, it no longer represented who we were. Our print indirect also featured outdated information for services that we no longer offered. As a result, we needed resources to not only update our logo but also our marketing goods.

What particular tasks were The Byne Group responsible for?
The Byne Group led our rebranding campaign, creating different marketing pieces and refreshing our picture. Initially, they revamped our logo to have a timeless look that better represented our structure. They then created new marketing goods and ensured that the information was up to date. This included print brochures, letterheads, photos, and two ads. Finally, they helped us copyright separate of our pieces and made sure that our picture was congruous athwart all of our materials.
Was there a dedicated team?
I primarily worked with two main points of touch, but, as a total, it was a full-team effort. During the photo shoot, even the proprietor came down to work with us.
How did you come to work with the Byne Group?
Because our activity is so sole, we wanted to find a vendor that veritably understood the senior living aggregation and us as a organisation. As it so happened, their proprietor’s mother-in-law lives with us, so they had firsthand experience of our structure from both a personal and business perspective. It was a consummate match.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We spent about $20,000.
What is the terminal result of working with The Byne Group?
Their work lasted from January–October 2017.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We’re currently working on gathering hard metrics, so we don’t have any on hand. Though, from a qualitative standpoint, we’ve accepted real feedback at trade shows. The artwork and visuals attracted visitors to our table, and nation complimented our brochure and logo.
How did the Byne Group accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Their account director kept us organized throughout the project. After see meeting, she would send us an delineation of our conversation and remind of us our next steps. She went over expectations to helps us stay focused. The project took a bit longer than we reflection it would, but this was due to delays on our end. We needed to mull things over and meet internally, and they were lucky to convenience our schedule.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with The Byne Group?
I appreciated how hands-on they were. We interacted with personnel from see level of their organisation. Even the proprietor stepped in to share some of her experience and expertise, which helped move the project along when we were in a standstill.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No, nothing comes to mind. I don’t ponder they could have done anything differently. Actually, we had such a real experience that we determined to keep them on contract to do creative work for forthcoming advertisements.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
If you’re going to hire them, veritably confide them to do their work. They’re professionals and know precisely what they’re doing.
