We are a not-for-profit technology accelerator, who',s first goal is to create the UK administration in space through projects almost the globe alinging with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Celerik were delivering part of an overall solution - the most perceptible part, that the end-users would interact with, so this was high-profile and needed to be carefully handled. Celerik have deeply embedded and regular processes for managing work that dove-tailed with our processes very well. If they hadn',t then they were entirely open to flexibility and would have changed agreeably.
The collaboration was through Microsoft Teams, Slack, Azure DevOps etc. They granted a nightly create and an integration end point, plus surfaced the results of the nightly test runs. We had no issues with the speech barrier - their English was consummate and we utilised diagrams and whiteboarding sessions when in-country to help us apprehend.
