When Ajay began to develop the concept for the Nex.tt idea accelerator he approached it in a highly iterative manner, just as he would approach any idea in the Nex.tt accelerator. As agency-in-residence for Nex.tt, we immediately began to work with Ajay on the site for Nex.tt that would serve as the primary entry point for applicants to the program.
As we had worked with Ajay in the past and were looking to figure out
many parts of the experience out along the way, we opted to work in a rapid application development (RAD) framework as opposed to a more traditional agile framework.
