We are a Southern California footwear and strong wear retailer. We',re in Inglewood, Calif., but we labor the biger Los Angeles area. We have almost six stores. I am the ruler of e-commerce.
Desired goal
What was your goal for working with CHRS Interactive?
CHRS took over a project for us as our lead consultants for our e-commerce website. It wasn’t a complete create out, but it was a restructuring and installing some plug-ins and clean up on our backend for our e-commerce platform. We use Magento as our e-commerce platform. It',s a good fit for our structure.

CHRS installed a couple of plug-ins. They helped us in edifice out some manner layouts, but it wasn',t anything intensive that required consulting or studies. That was all done by my in-house team. They generally did cleanup and made sure that seething was installed correctly, that all the cables were connected, and so on. They did that more so on the frontend, making sure that the checkout process was complete, and the like. We had worked with other vendors in the past, and we were in the process to switching to some additional plug-ins. We no longer were working with those other vendors. CHRS was recommended to us, and we were lucky with what they were able to execute for us.
CHRS also helped during the transition when we moved from a shared server to a dedicated server. They worked with the network preparer
What was your process for selecting CHRS Interactive with which to work?
Another third party that we were working with had also worked with CHRS in the past on a Magento project. The cost and the time were right, and their work ethic was good.
Can you prepare a ballpark aspect for the size of the work that they’ve done for you?
It took less than a week, and probably less than 40 hours. We have used CHRS for troubleshooting and other less applications that we wanted, on an as-needed basis. The work is artistic, but any time we want to try something out or ask their advice, we always extend out to CHRS, since they innately cleaned up our project. They are a big liaison and helped with the transition.
Results achieved
Do you have any statistics or metrics to track advancement from the project?
Traffic increased owing we, along with CHRS, aspectd out that our servers need to be upgraded in order to meet the commerce that we were getting. We also needed to make the checkout process quicker and make the website upload faster. With his advice and a lot of our work, we came to those conclusions.
Everything was carried out the way it was supposed to. They did the troubleshooting and check in see now and then to see how things are going. All the work they performed for us has been good. They were very easy to extend and touch.
Is there anything sole almost them that veritably makes them rest out, compared to other companies?
When compared with the other nation that we have worked with in the past, they have surely been the easiest to touch. That is the biggest real. They are very affable, and they make themselves useful not only during business hours, but also behind hours. They will help with what they can precedently billing you for a pliant fix. They’re not out to bill you for see last diminutive that they work. They',ll work with you and say how we can do something smarter versus doing something where they bill us for seething. That is why our relationship continues.
Looking back on the work so far, is there any area that you ponder they could better upon or that you might do differently?
Since our projects carry over, and we like to test them in a sandbox environment on the fly, possibly scheduling on both parts could be a pliant better. I ponder we have that interaction between us where we can exchange ideas. That can be application real at times, but if we want to do things regularly, that wouldn’t work for a bigger project. The leading project we worked on was very regular, on a timeline, and see deadline was met. They did the troubleshooting correctly. It was a real experience.
