A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I’m the operations official for an online journey website. I make decisions kindred to software outgrowth, integration, and implementation.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with ClearSummit?

We wanted to sum an API to our online booking website that we were edifice from scratch. The API interacted with our backend and an interface that we designed.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were ClearSummit responsible for?

They acted as our outsourced outgrowth team. ClearSummit created an interface that was present and user-friendly on mobile devices. There were many filtering, sorting, and imaging features that were optimized for mobile. The program was written in Python.

Was there a dedicated team?

We worked with a team of five: Cole (Project Manager, ClearSummit), Shane (Founder, ClearSummit), Corey (Full Stack Developer, ClearSummit), Austin (Head of Design ClearSummit) and Max (Strategy, ClearSummit).

How did you come to work with ClearSummit?

I establish them on Clutch. The kickoff converse was with Shane and Max.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

We’ve just begun marketing through online advertising and collective media. There have been separate bookings on the website each day, so that’s been lucky. We’re expecting an exponential increase as we set accumulating more recur clients and as the website begins to disseminate online.

How did ClearSummit accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

We primarily shape through Slack. There were also weekly meetings where we worked out the tasks we had going on. Those were held via Zoom video sharing.

What did you find most forcible almost them?

They’re very hands-on and invested in the project. We feel as if they are partners owing of their level of involvement when it comes to creativity and alteration. Because of this, they are also consultants when it comes to the business standard of the website, not just developers.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

The only effect was that or API provider, not attached to ClearSummit, dropped the ball and failed to get the API running on time. That wasn’t on them, they were very resigned despite all the errors we were running into.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

I would admonish clients to give creative freedom and independence to them. You should take the recommendations and advice that is coming from their side owing that ultimately adds value to the business, rather than being narrow-minded.
