I’m the CEO of K-Pay, a holder of payment institutional goods from local banks.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cleevio?
We’re a fintech organisation, and we’re oriented toward a mobile app solution. We got in touch with Cleevio owing of their experience in this area.

What particular tasks were Cleevio responsible for?
The idea came from our side, and Cleevio translated it into a mobile app solution for Android and iOS based on our conversations. It’s a all application for payments, investment, and other added values for users. We have another application for merchants, who can post information almost transactions, coupons, and so on. Users can pay through QR codes.
The initial rendering of the app was made for Slovakia, and is useful only in Slovakian, but we’re programning to swell to other countries. Cleevio also developed a payment gateway as a web application.
Was there a dedicated team?
They set up a front- and backend project team and we were assigned a project director.
How did you come to work with Cleevio?
We reviewed multiple companies worldwide precedently my son came athwart Cleevio’s website. He told me the organisation looked nice and had good experience. They’re based in the Czech Republic and we’re in Slovakia, so the brief interval would make interaction easier.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
The estimate for the leading stage was €200,000. The cost for the second stage will depend on the additional features of the application, and it’s anticipateed to be over €100,000. We anticipate the overall cost of the project to be €500,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Cleevio?
We began working with Cleevio in September 2017 and the engagement ended in January 2019.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
I only have real feedback. Cleevio’s programmers were focused on the work, and all was lucky when we tested the app with young nation. This was our leading time involving millennials with our fruit, and the feedback was very good.
How did Cleevio accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We interacted through email and Skype, and we also viwebsited each other’s offices. We could also talk to their CEO, and we were in touch on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for outgrowth and testing. We had a very good collaboration with them.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Cleevio?
Open interaction with their team was very significant for us. They’re a young and competent outgrowth team, and they have very good experience with mobile applications, not only for the local market but also outside of the EU.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No, we’re fully satisfied.
Do you have any advice for forthcoming clients of theirs?
I’ve commended Cleevio to a local insurance organisation. I don’t know if they began a collaboration or not, but I will commend them to other companies.
