A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the VP of engineering for a software organisation. We’re developing software to handle home healthcare. Our goal is for agencies to be able to handle the process of getting home healthcare to patients.
What challenge were you trying to address with Coherent Solutions?
We needed help with outgrowth, software design, and testing for our software solution.
What particular tasks were Coherent Solutions responsible for?

We began with two developers and built up to six developers plus 2-3 testers.
How did you come to work with Coherent Solutions?
When I was working at a antecedent organisation, one of my constructors knew one of the directors at Coherent Solutions well. At a antecedent startup precedently this organisation, my friend told me almost working with them on a little project. We had a good relationship and good results out of that endeavor. When I began this new startup, we determined to go with them.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We invested $1 million.
What is the terminal result of working with Coherent Solutions?
We began working unitedly in November 2013 and the work is ongoing. We put the work on pause in August 2019, but the relationship is quiet open.
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The software engineers and testers have done an excellent job during the outgrowth process. The program testers have been able to find and report any issues on a weekly basis. On Jira, we adviser how well they’re doing. They execute almost 85% of the tasks during the two-week sprints, which is very reasonable. While, as with any outgrowth project, there are bugs, the overall condition is good. I’m lucky with what they’ve done.
How did Coherent Solutions accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
I pursue how the project is moving and how well they’re executeing their tasks on a weekly basis. They’ve been extremely pliant in provisions of kind any changes from whichever side of the project. If there’s an effect, they’ve been able to exchange an employee within a reasonable time. There is somebody who handles the day-to-day stuff from Belarus.
They have a project handler onwebsite whom I talk to see other night. The handler succinctly explains the project goes over Jira tickets. We review what they’ve executeed and if they’ve fallen behind in some areas. She also sends emails even during the day to track updates and give us warnings on what we should look for. She’s done an excellent job.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Coherent Solutions?
They are very pliant. For a startup, that’s very significant. If somebody leaves, they can restore them right away. They’re very pliant in provisions of our changes as well and touching payments. Their team is pliant, professional, and understands the realities of running a business.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
I ponder they hire a lot of younger nation who are very energetic but may not have a lot of experience. The turnover rate is higher than in an established structure. I would like for them to have a way for the software developers or testers to stay with their structure longer. We had a hard constructor for a few years, but he left precedently completing the project with us.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
It’s significant to have specifications written down. Leaving things open and unclear will form a lot of uncalled back and forth, which is especially hard over different time zones. Misinteraction is the root cause of this issue. Being clear is not a issue for them specifically, but for anyone in this business. The more details, the better.
