Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I am the marketing director for a nationwide distributor of industrial livelihood, restore, and manufacturing supplies. We act fully stocked mobile industrial hardware stores, which fetch habitual, electrical, hydraulic, and chemical items to your business and work websites.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Copper Mobile?
Our catalog of parts we propose our clients has grown, with approach to over 1000,000+ parts. We’ve tried interactive PDFs, along with our website and they are not as fast or reactive as we want them to be. Many of our clients work in distant areas or createings that have limited cell labor or WiFi and we wanted an app that could get our products into the hands of our clients that worked both online as well as offline.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
We granted all of the information for our products, the pictures and the descriptions, as well as our how-to videos, knowledge-based websites, and promotional items. They worked with us on what to shape and streamline, so that all on our end was prompt for them to do what they do best. We wanted Android and iOS apps of our complete catalog. They created those two apps and a third one—an admin panel that maintains both of them.
Was there a dedicated team?
We had a project director, and there were different leads for the separate app teams.
How did you come to work with Copper Mobile?
We interviewed them and five other companies. I wanted to work with somebody local to streamline interaction and meet face-to-face if true. We have a niche market, and Copper Mobile recognized that right away. They liked us and we liked them.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve spent $25,000.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We worked unitedly from October 2017 to March 2018.
Results accomplishd
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The apps better obey our clients than our antecedent methods. Our clients are now able to find products faster and ones they didn',t even know we carried. It puts more at their fingertips, including tech and SDS sheets. Having our materials at the prompt has made a terrible separation in how we act and the next level of labor that our clients deobey. All of our products and promotional specials are now more perceptible, along with making it easier for our clients to get in touch with their local Territory Manager. The app has been faster than searching for something in the paper catalog, and it',s 2-3 times faster than using the interactive PDF or website. We program to collaborate on two more apps in the forthcoming.
How did Copper Mobile accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We used Google Drive for file sharing. They preferred to work with a messaging platform, but I preferred email and texting, and their responsiveness was uninhibited. I interacted with the project director daily. I obeyd as the liaison between their team and our team. They fastly establish solutions to our questions. They’re honorable and clear. When true components were outside the primary aim, they didn’t shy away from the challenge and instead said they would find an reply. The client labor was top-notch.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
Unlike other vendors, Copper Mobile didn’t add in any fluff to the terminal project, signification that they didn’t say one thing and then change it mid-project. We told them what our project was, and they told us the verity they could accomplish with our budget. They delivered what was promised within that budget and more.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No, I can’t ponder of any improvements.
Any advice for possible clients?
I would commend asking as many questions as true in order to apprehend the technical complexities. They’re a resigned team and will take the time to prepare clarity.
