Lindsey is the third generation of the Crown family to carry on the tradition of providing premier tax planning to the Tampa Bay community. As the firms managing partner Lindsey Crown Hardee has close to 20 years of public accounting experience. With a deep and diverse background in tax planning Lindseys specialty is consulting closely held and family owned businesses. She assists owners with managing all aspects of their operations including growth cash flow succession and proactive tax planning. Lindsey also focuses on strategic planning for high net worth individuals and families. She works closely with her clients and their advisors on the crafting and maintenance of their estate and trust plans.
Lindsey holds Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accounting degrees from the University of Florida. Lindsey began her career in the tax department of Deloitte amp; Touche. She joined Crown amp; Company in 2005. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Active in the community Lindsey currently serves on the Boards of the Morton Plant Mease Foundation Community Dental Clinic St Marys Episcopal Church and the Pinellas County Estate Planning Council. When not working Lindsey enjoys time with her husband and two children.
Ann joined Crown amp; Company CPAs in 2007 with prior experience in both public accounting and private industry. As the Director of Estates and Trusts Ann specializes in strategic estate tax planning on behalf of the firms high net worth clients and families. In addition she maintains oversight to Crown amp; Companys trust and estate administration team. Ann is a University of South Florida alumnus and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Public Accountants. In her free time Ann enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Rachel is a Tax Manager and University of Central Florida alumnus with valuable public accounting and private industry experience. Previously with a boutique Orlando public accounting firm Rachel specialized in tax advisory to small businesses and their owners as well as strategic planning to high net worth individuals and families. Later as Controller of a successful manufacturing firm she learned first-hand the complex challenges faced by small businesses and their owners. As a member of the Crown amp; Company CPAs family since 2017 Rachel applies her knowledge of tax planning and business support services to provide well-rounded advice on behalf of a diverse set of clients. Rachel is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In her free time Rachel enjoys attending live concerts playing team sports and spending time with her family.
Michelle is a Tax Manager with over 7 years of public accounting experience. She provides a variety of tax services to corporations trusts partnerships and high net worth individuals. This includes income tax planning tax return preparation and review and IRS correspondence. Her client base largely consists of clients in construction manufacturing and real estate industries.
Michelle holds Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration degrees from Florida State University. Prior to joining Crown amp; Company CPAs in 2015 she worked as a tax associate in a small firm in Tampa and later at a regional accounting firm. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. When not working Michelle enjoys spending time with her family.
Dalene is a Tax Manager with over 45 years of experience with Crown amp; Company CPAs. Dalene works closely with our family office and real estate clients. Dalene is a technical expert on tax structuring and support to complex real estate holdings and partnerships. Her extensive experience knowledge and attention to detail provides our clients the support they need to make certain that their planning strategies are carried out accurately and in a tax efficient manner. In her free time Dalene enjoys spending time with her family and a new grandson.
Bill Crown serves as Partner Emeritus at Crown amp; Company CPAs. His 55 years of experience brings a wealth of knowledge to the firms clients. His primary area of expertise is income estate and trust taxation.
Bill is proud of his Clearwater heritage. After attending the University of Florida in Gainesville he was anxious to return home after completing his accounting education in 1964. However he first moved to Miami where he worked with one of the ’Big 8’ accounting firms. Finally in 1967 he returned to Clearwater to join the CPA firm founded by his father. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Bills great passion (other than his wife Bette six children and numerous grandchildren) is fishing. As the Founding President of the Florida Aquarium Bill was able to realize a dream when the Aquarium opened its doors in 1995.
