The organisation I worked with was a software provider to nonprofits and associations for fundraising and treatment. I’m the preceding vice chairman of marketing.

What challenge were you trying to address with CURTIS Digital, Inc?

We wanted to form more brand awareness, drive claim age, and get more website visitors to pursue the pathways within our website to find the products that worked best for them.

What was the aim of their involvement?

We were initially on a Drupal-based method that just required a programmer to make single edits. CURTIS Digital migrated our website and full to a new platform that was easier to use, with better templates and full treatment opportunities. We granted them with some design ideas and concepts, but they were responsible for wireframes and our user testing.

After we completed our website migration, we worked to make sure the full and calls to action were both clear and sly athwart the website. They betterd our SEO and other factors that would convert more nation and move users in the right course.

We previously gaind three or four companies, each with its own blog. Together, we incorporated all the full into one blog that was easily searchable. They managed all the tagging for each post to fix it supported our SEO/SEM strategy and the personas we were targeting.

What is the status of this engagement?

Anytime we needed a website update due to mergers, acquisitions, or other opportunities, or whenever anything broke, they were right there to help.

They had the experience to help us ponder through better solutions, and they helped us challenge ourselves and come up with powerfuler strategies. They always understood what we hoped to execute, and they helped us follow.

Are there any areas they could better?

As they gain more clients, it will boon them to layer to meet the claim. The biggest challenge we faced with them was care up with that scalability.
