A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the establisher and CEO of SecurSpace. We prepare a marketplace to connect owners and managers of industrial facilities—such as truck parking or equipment storage—with interested clients.

What challenge were you trying to address with Designli?
We have one in-house technical individual—our CTO—and needed to layer our outgrowth space.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Designli prepares design and outgrowth resources to create out our marketplace. Owners can list properties and facilities with their features, and practicable clients can reservation and pay for spaces. It offers listing, booking, and payment functionalities in the same website. The frontend uses React while the backend is built in JavaScript.
When we occupied Designli, we were looking to move from our MVP to our second rendering of the website. Designli supplemented our outgrowth in the backend, frontend, and specific features. They also offered input into designs that we had done with an outside firm. They then presented us with an overhauled UI that we’re working to instrument now.
Was there a dedicated team?
We primarily work with Keith (CEO &, Co-establisher, Designli) and Josh (COO, Designli). I’ve been on calls with different members of their outgrowth staff, but Josh is my main point of touch.
How did you come to work with Designli?
Our organisation is based in North Carolina, so we were looking for firms based in the South. We wanted the occasion to talk through our vision and fruit in individual with a vendor. I establish Designli on Google, where they were bigly rated and had lots of real client feedback. After an initial phone call and a face-to-face meeting, it seemed like a good fit.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve spent almost $100,000–$250,000 so far.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We began working unitedly in June 2018. We were initially looking into developing a mobile app, so we used a process that Designli calls a Solutions Lab. We didn’t end up edifice the app, but we retained their suggestions and roadmap. For business reasons, we went towards edifice a web platform instead, which is quiet an ongoing project.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
I don’t have any metrics at the instant, but our team deeply appreciates the work that Designli has done so far. They’ve instrumented our designs well, and we’re thrilled to last working with them.
How did Designli accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Designli excels as project managers. They have top-notch processes and big interaction. I adjoin with the team over email and phone, and our CTO works closely with them over Google Hangouts.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
Designli bridges the gap between our business needs and technical needs. Josh and Keith have in-depth experience in both outgrowth and starting a business. That expertise allows them to prepare technical advice while being efficient with our dollars.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No, not veritably. The team is very answering and has delivered what they',ve committed to providing. I don',t have any complaints.
