A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
We’re an aircraft manufacturing organisation that creates almost eight different aircraft. I’m a digital marketing professional, so I’m responsible for our website and livelihood.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Designzillas?
Our antecedent website wasn’t user-friendly. Because we propose eight different products that suit different needs in the activity, we needed a way to tell a story almost our products. Ideally, that would help clients find the right aircraft for their needs. At that time, we weren’t ADA or GDPR-compliant, so we needed to feel those legitimate issues as well.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
We needed an interface that could easily be updated to convenience the many changes we see with our products. Additionally, we needed a way to publish legitimate documents, technical publications, and other labor bulletins on our website. So, the website had to be user-friendly for our clients, but also for our inner team.
They revamped the total website and enhanced our SEO. Their team also made it both ADA and GDPR-compliant. Because we sell our products through dealers, they created a dealer and labor center locator. They also introduced automation to our website, integrating APIs with the CRM that we use while creating aircraft. For entreaty, touchs that sign up for our newsletter without get sent to our database, so we don’t have to manually take care of that.

I don’t have specific metrics right now, but I’ve accepted extremely real feedback from users. Our dealers are impressed with the clarity and navigpower of the website. Our users’ power to interact with the website helps our dealers during their sales process. We frequently hear that our website is being used for a fast relation owing it’s easy to pull up for information. It’s fantastic on mobile devices, which wasn’t the case precedently.
